CONDITIONS:

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
On the day of arrival, the room will be available at 14:00. Guests arriving for lunch will have their rooms available as soon as possible. On the day of departure, the room must be checked out by 10:00 o'clock.

PAYMENT:
Payments may be done in the following methods:
1. CASH
2. CHECK (on the day of arrival)
3. CREDID CARD or DEBIT CARD

BOARD:
HALF or FULL BOARD treatments are offered for a minimum of three days stay. For the week-long package, it is not possible to switch the meal chosen.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT:
The advance deposit (25% of the total amount) has to be made within 10 days the booking confirmation.

FINAL CONFIRMATION:
The hotel will communicate the final confirmation as soon as received the prepayment. The reservation is therefore considered confirmed even without a response from the guest.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
The client can cancel the reservation prior the arrival with the payment of penalties according to the following cancellation policies:
- 10% of the total amount of the reservation if the reservation is cancelled from the 29th to the 20th day prior the arrival day
- 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the reservation is cancelled from the 19th to the 10th day prior the arrival day
- 75% of the total amount of the reservation if the reservation is cancelled from the 9th to the 4th day prior the arrival day
- 100% of the total amount of the reservation if the reservation is cancelled from the 3rd prior the arrival day

EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case a guest decides to leave before the reserved check out date, he must provide payment for the room rate until the end of the period previously requested for.

LAST MINUTE:
Special offers, last minute or packages are reservations valid if made in the period when the offer is published. This type of reservation is not cumulative. In case of cancellation is applied a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation. In this case in the offer there will be reported:"Cancellation policies: in case of cancellation it will be applied a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation".

GENERAL ASPECTS:
It is not permitted to bring third parties into the room. For families with children, these must be watched and should not disturd other guests.
